A few recent Construction Yard articles have been about being god, first one by Grubtor and then one by Crashwire. What if I don't want to play god? What if I want to seem humble and weak? Then, when my opponent feels supreme and laughs diabolically, I'll draw my concealed Laser Knives and stab him. Lots of villains die to this humiliation, and so will my opponents.

First I'd lull my opponents into a false sense of supremacy. I'd let him whack at my Headquarters as much as he wants, while avoiding getting killed. I'd let him do me damage, but I'd try to stay at about 9 Hit Points. I would also use cards like Elias that wouldn't be easily found. If your opponent can't see your assets, he might mistakenly assume you don't have any, and feel that you are weak and he's almighty.
The best way to conceal your strength is to conceal your assets. Wirehead Jones is perfect for this task, so I added four Wireheads. When any asset attempts to search and has less perception than Wirehead Jone's CyberAffinity, nothing will be found. Since Wirehead starts with 4 CyberAffinity, he could use a little boost, along with Elias. Psychotropic Juice was a perfect fit for this job, so I added four of them. I wasn't planning to attack with those Programmers anyway.
In addition, they'll make sure that my opponent doesn't become supreme too soon. His moment of triumph will have to flow over straight to my surprise victory. The only difference between he and I will be that I'll walk away with a win and he'll walk away humiliated.

I realized that four Psychotropic Juices wouldn't be enough, so I added three copies of Relovan Biotech Lab, a Whiteout™ Rare that can create a lot of Juices. This could be used to stop attackers or boost my Shiden Tech and Wirehead.
My defenses would be cloaked and have the ability to stop attackers from attacking. The next step was to have some early defenses, so I decided to add four Silent Sentinels and three Bion Pods. The Bion Pod is especially fun, since it can remain in hiding when defending. In addition, it will allow me to trick my opponent into thinking that I can't defend because I don't have enough resources.
Resource production the last crucial factor in this deck. My strategy calls for two or three Taikun Cleaners to attack within one turn. Since Relovan Biotech Lab and Shiden Tech can offer me cards, using Turem Centers and UN Intelligence Center is highly efficient. In addition, I'll use Arell Cartel Lieutenants to damage my Headquarters if my opponent should get suspicious and refuse to, and then let them walk around to find his Headquarters.
Serving It Up
| As the game plays out, my opponent will seem supreme. |
As the game plays out, my opponent will seem supreme. His severe beating at my Headquarters is breaking through my defense, and I don't seem to have enough resources to defend it. In addition, I haven't launched any type of assault yet. It's at this point, when he thinks he can't lose, where I take him down.
This is where my defenses reveal themselves and stop the self-absorbed attackers that have been sent out to take down my battered Headquarters. This is where Peacekeeping Forces stop him from destroying my weakened assets.
When he passes the turn, an alarm will go off. His Anti-Terrorist groups will slowly start to muster and move toward the place of the alarm, only to that find nothing is there. After this False Alarm, my Taikun Cleaners take out his Headquarters with ease. I win. I strike down the villain when he thinks he is supreme. He is NOT supreme after all. I am.
In game terms: I'll let him whack my Headquarters and defend a little, just letting him do enough damage so I can use my Taikun Cleaners to deploy in his Headquarters. Elias will run False Alarm at 9 CyberAffinity, with the help of Psychotropic Juice.
Conclusion
This type of deck is very fun to play, and not too hard to pull off. I put out a challenge towards the community to find a better way to win with humility.
